It could be a picture in a bathing suit, a diagnosis from a doctor about your health or lifestyle, theway you perceive yourself in the mirror or in public, it can be anything.
But its that “trigger” in your life that is going to make you commit. As your coach my job is to keep you on that path once you’ve committed yourself to be a better, healthier you.
The Nutrition and Training plan you initially select and start with will modify and adjust as time goes by and we are seeing progress. You will not be given a plan or outline that’s the same routine you follow for 6 months or a year.
I will make necessary changes and adjustments in your Nutrition and Training programs. Your body will adapt and we need to keep making changes to keep your body guessing and stimulated.
